Program Offices Program Offices is Kaiser Permanente's central business function and acts as our national headquarters. Program Offices consists primarily of the Kaiser Permanente national leadership team and consultants to our regions in a variety of business areas, including quality, finance, marketing, and government relations. With its national scope of leadership, Program Offices supports and coordinates business initiatives that take place across the organization as well as programs such as the Care Management Institute (CMI). CMI synthesizes knowledge about clinical research and approaches in order to develop more effective care management programs throughout Kaiser Permanente.

The Institute of Health Policy also exists within Program Offices. The goal of the Institute is to provide policymakers and researchers with unbiased information. We bring experts together to research and analyze health care policy, with a goal of increasing understanding of policy issues and helping to provide solutions.
